Schedule B: Front Desk
Applies to service businesses other than the trades in Schedule A, including hospitality, restaurants and venues without a gaming floor, construction and design-build firms, offices, and professional services.
B1. Service Description
When your business phone line is unanswered, the caller hears an IVR greeting under your business name identifying your automated front desk assistant. If the caller presses 9, the Platform conducts an SMS conversation that answers questions from your Customer Content (for example hours, location, services, events, policies, and how to start a project) and delivers an Inquiry Card to your Delivery Channel for anything that needs a person. If the caller presses 5 or does not press a key, the Platform takes a voicemail under Master Agreement 6.7. An optional end-of-day summary of conversations handled and items needing follow-up may be enabled on the Order Form. Where the Order Form includes web chat, Schedule E also applies.
B2. Inquiry Card, Definition and Legal Status
An Inquiry Card is an unverified automated record of a conversation between the Platform and an End-Customer, generated solely from the End-Customer's own statements and your Customer Content. An Inquiry Card is a communication tool only. It is not a reservation, booking, order, quote, estimate, contract, deposit, hold, or commitment of any kind, between Leadin Solutions and any party or between you and your End-Customer, and it creates no obligation on anyone. You must independently confirm every detail with the End-Customer before committing to anything. Leadin Solutions makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of Inquiry Card content.
B3. Out of Scope
The Platform does not, and you may not configure it to: (a) take, confirm, modify, or cancel reservations, bookings, appointments, or table holds; (b) take food, drink, takeout, delivery, catering, or product orders; (c) accept payments, deposits, gift card purchases, or tips; (d) quote or commit to prices, project costs, private-event pricing, dates, or availability (it collects the inquiry and delivers it to you); (e) send promotional or marketing messages, including event announcements, specials, or loyalty offers, to any End-Customer; or (f) provide medical, allergen-safety, legal, engineering, structural, or code-compliance assurances. If you want any of these, it is a separate product under a separate agreement.
B4. Customer Content
Master Agreement Section 21 governs the information the Platform relays. You will designate a Customer Content owner on the Order Form, and Leadin Solutions may rely on that person's updates.
B5. Allergen, Dietary, and Safety Information (businesses that serve food or drink)
Any allergen, ingredient, or dietary statement the Platform relays is your Customer Content, repeated verbatim or summarized without verification. The Platform instructs End-Customers to confirm allergen and dietary needs directly with staff before ordering or attending. You are solely responsible for food safety, allergen handling, and compliance with health codes.
B6. Age-Restricted and Alcohol Content (businesses that serve alcohol)
The Platform may state your age policy when asked. It does not verify age, does not promote alcohol, and does not take alcohol orders. You are solely responsible for liquor licensing, responsible-service obligations, and age verification on premises.
B7. Design-Build and Construction
For construction and design-build businesses, the Platform collects project inquiries (scope, location, timing, budget range the End-Customer volunteers, and contact details) and delivers them as Inquiry Cards. It does not estimate cost, assess feasibility, interpret building codes or permits, or give structural, engineering, or site advice. Any statement about your services, process, or past projects is Customer Content.
B8. Your Ongoing Responsibilities
- Forward unanswered calls to your assigned phone number at all times while the Service is active, and remove forwarding within 5 business days of cancellation.
- Keep Customer Content current, including every closure, exception, and event change.
- Respond to Inquiry Cards and voicemail notices within a reasonable time.
- Include the automated-SMS disclosure on your website, in reservation or event confirmations, or in your terms.
- Comply with the telecommunications laws of your state.
- Confirm every Inquiry Card detail with the End-Customer before committing.
B9. Service Levels
Availability. Target 99% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and Sub-processor or carrier outages; one prorated day credit per verified outage within Leadin Solutions' control exceeding 4 continuous hours, or immediate termination without penalty.
Service-Level Guarantee. Every call that passes the IVR consent flow will be engaged by SMS within 30 seconds, and every conversation the End-Customer completes that requires follow-up will be delivered as an Inquiry Card to your Delivery Channel. A miss in a calendar month credits that month's monthly fee in full. Measurement, claims, and exclusions follow Schedule A, Section A8, with the addition that answers given from your Customer Content are excluded from the guarantee.
B10. Setup and Onboarding
Configuration within 5 to 10 business days of enrollment, including Customer Content intake (website pages and documents), greeting script review, a live QA test call, dashboard sign-in, and call-forwarding help. The setup fee is set by your plan under Schedule P and is non-refundable once provisioning begins.
B11. Minimum Liability Cap
For Master Agreement 13.2(B), the minimum cap under this Schedule is one month's monthly fee at the rate on the Order Form.
