Schedule A: Customer Intake
Applies to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, roofing, fire protection, and any trade vertical added to the Platform.
A1. Service Description
The Platform captures customer job requests when your business phone line is unanswered. The caller hears an IVR greeting under your company name identifying your automated assistant and the 911 notice. If the caller presses 9, the Platform sends an automated SMS, conducts a structured intake conversation, and delivers a Job Card to your Delivery Channel. If the caller presses 5, says nothing, or calls from a line that cannot receive texts, the Platform takes a voicemail under Master Agreement 6.7 and delivers a voicemail notice. Optional appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before a scheduled visit) may be enabled on the Order Form and are sent only to End-Customers who pressed 9. Where the Order Form includes web chat, Schedule E also applies.
A2. Job Card, Definition and Legal Status
A Job Card is an unverified automated intake record generated solely from information provided by the caller during an automated conversation. A Job Card is a communication tool only. It does not constitute a service contract, work order, price quote, estimate, scheduling confirmation, appointment booking, or binding commitment of any kind, between Leadin Solutions and any party or between you and your End-Customer. A Job Card creates no legal obligation for any party to perform or receive services. You must independently verify every Job Card detail before dispatch or any commitment to the End-Customer. Leadin Solutions makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Job Card content, and you are solely responsible for all decisions made in reliance on a Job Card.
A3. Urgency Classification Disclaimer
Job Cards may include an urgency or priority classification generated by the Platform's AI based solely on language used by the caller. This classification is a trade service routing signal only. It is not a safety assessment, emergency determination, or professional triage, and it carries no legal or governmental meaning. The Platform does not assess, prioritize, or classify emergency situations. You are solely responsible for evaluating the actual urgency of any request before dispatch or any other action.
A4. Emergency Safety Notice
The Platform is not an emergency response service. The IVR greeting and the first SMS instruct callers that for any gas leak, flooding, fire, electrical hazard, or immediate risk to life or property they must hang up and call 911. You remain responsible for ensuring your customers understand this limitation in your own materials.
A5. Trade Licensing and Operations
Leadin Solutions has no connection to your trade license, contractor registration, bonding, or insurance, and no responsibility for your compliance with any trade, contractor, or licensing law. The Platform does not replace your dispatcher.
A6. Setup and Onboarding
Configuration within 3 to 5 business days of enrollment. Leadin Solutions provisions your dedicated phone number, records the greeting that names your business, configures your Delivery Channel and dashboard sign-in, runs a live QA test call with you on the line, and helps you configure call forwarding. The setup fee and any integration fee are set by your plan under Schedule P.
A7. Your Ongoing Responsibilities
- Forward unanswered calls to your assigned phone number promptly after receiving it and at all times while the Service is active.
- Remove call forwarding within 5 business days of issuing a cancellation notice.
- Respond to Job Cards and voicemail notices within a reasonable time.
- Keep billing and contact information current.
- Comply with the telecommunications laws of your state.
- Include the automated-SMS disclosure in your customer-facing agreements, estimates, website, or terms.
- Verify every Job Card independently before dispatch or any commitment.
A8. Service Levels
Availability. Target 99% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and Sub-processor or carrier outages. For a verified outage within Leadin Solutions' control exceeding 4 continuous hours, your remedy is a service credit equal to one prorated day of your monthly fee, or the right to terminate immediately without penalty. Service credits are your sole financial remedy for availability.
Service-Level Guarantee. Every call that reaches the Platform and passes the IVR consent flow will be engaged by SMS within 30 seconds, and every conversation the End-Customer completes will be delivered as a Job Card to your Delivery Channel. If either standard is missed in a calendar month, that month's monthly fee is credited in full to your next invoice. Whether an End-Customer replies, and how much they share, is outside Leadin Solutions' control and not part of this guarantee.
Measurement. Leadin Solutions' delivery logs are the authoritative record. A failure is a call where the caller pressed 9 and was not engaged within 30 seconds, or a completed conversation for which no Job Card reached your Delivery Channel, as shown in the logs.
Claims. Email hello@leadin.solutions within 10 business days after the end of the calendar month, with the approximate date and time and the caller's last 4 digits if known. Claims not submitted in time are waived for that month. Leadin Solutions responds within 5 business days with a log review.
Exclusions. Calls that did not reach the Platform because forwarding was not configured; calls where the caller did not press 9; calls outside the 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. window; and outages of Twilio, Anthropic, Deepgram, Resend, Stripe, Railway, Make.com, or Airtable outside Leadin Solutions' reasonable control.
A9. No Rate Lock
No plan includes a rate lock. Prices change only as Schedule P, Section P5.10 allows.
A10. Minimum Liability Cap
For Master Agreement 13.2(B), the minimum cap under this Schedule is one month's monthly fee at the rate on the Order Form.
