SMS Terms of Service
Emergency Notice: This automated system cannot dispatch emergency services. If you are experiencing a gas leak, flooding, fire, electrical hazard, or any situation posing immediate risk to life or property — call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a response from this automated system.
Program Description
Leadin Solutions LLC operates an automated SMS intake platform on behalf of plumbing and home service businesses. When you call a business that uses the Leadin platform and the line is unavailable, you may receive an automated text message from that business's scheduling assistant. These messages are sent to help capture your service request and connect you with the business you called.
All automated messages clearly identify the sending business by name and identify the sender as an automated scheduling assistant — not a human representative. Messages are sent from a dedicated business number registered to the specific plumbing or home service company you contacted.
Scope of the Scheduling Assistant: The automated scheduling assistant collects your service request information only. It does not have authority to confirm pricing, guarantee scheduling windows, make binding service commitments, or obligate the business in any way. Any pricing, scheduling, or service commitments are made exclusively by the business you contacted — not by the automated intake system. Please confirm all details directly with the business before assuming any commitment has been made.
How These Messages Are Initiated
These automated messages are sent in direct response to your call to a business using the Leadin platform. By calling the business's phone number, you initiate contact, and the automated system responds on the business's behalf to capture your service request. This is a return communication — not unsolicited marketing.
You are not required to engage with the automated assistant. You may reply STOP at any time to end the automated conversation and opt out of future messages from that business's system.
Message Timing
Automated messages are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, in compliance with Washington State law (RCW 80.36.400) and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). If your initial call is received outside these hours, an automated response may be queued and sent at the next permitted time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the intake system. Typically you will receive between 2 and 8 messages per service request inquiry. Once your intake is complete or you stop responding, the automated conversation ends. If you schedule a service appointment, you may receive 1–2 appointment reminder messages prior to your scheduled visit.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent to your number from that business's Leadin system. Your opt-out is processed immediately and honored permanently.
To re-enable messages after opting out, reply START to the same number.
Help
For help with the automated system, reply HELP to any message. For questions about your service request, contact the business directly. For platform-level questions or concerns about how these messages are sent, contact Leadin Solutions at hello@leadin.solutions.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Leadin Solutions does not charge recipients for messages sent through the platform.
Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices. Neither Leadin Solutions nor participating carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Information and Privacy
Your phone number and the information you share during the intake conversation are collected on behalf of the business you contacted. That business is the data controller for your information — Leadin Solutions processes it on their behalf to deliver the intake service. For full details on how your data is handled, stored, and protected, see our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your phone number or personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely to connect you with the business you contacted and to facilitate your service request. Personally identifiable information (name, phone number, address) collected during intake is deleted from our systems 90 days after your job is completed or cancelled.
Leadin Solutions may be required to retain or disclose records in response to valid legal process, including search warrants, court orders, or administrative subpoenas issued under applicable federal and state law, including the federal Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2701–2713). In emergency situations involving immediate risk of death or serious physical injury, we may voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement without prior legal process.
Washington State and Federal Compliance
These messages are sent in compliance with Washington's Commercial Electronic Mail Act (RCW 19.190), Washington's Automatic Dialing and Announcing Device statute (RCW 80.36.400), and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227). Federal telecommunications laws apply to these messages regardless of whether the sender and recipient are both located in Washington State — intrastate messages are subject to federal TCPA requirements. Washington State law adds additional protections, including time-of-day restrictions and minimum statutory damages of $1,000 per violation for private actions.
If you believe you have received a message in error or without proper basis, contact us at hello@leadin.solutions and we will investigate promptly.
