SMS Terms of Service
Emergency Notice: This system is NOT an emergency response service. If you have a gas leak, active flooding, fire, electrical hazard, or any immediate risk to life or property — call 911 immediately. Do not use this text system to report emergencies.
1. Overview
These SMS Terms of Service govern automated text message communications sent through the Leadin Solutions platform. They apply to homeowners and commercial property owners ("you") who receive SMS messages through the platform after calling a trade service company that uses Leadin Solutions.
2. Who Sends These Messages
The automated SMS messages you receive are sent on behalf of the trade company whose phone number you called ("the Company"). The messages are delivered through the Leadin Solutions automated intake platform.
Leadin Solutions is an independent technology platform provider — not an agent, affiliate, representative, or contractor of the trade company. The trade company is solely responsible for the services it provides, its licensing, and its compliance with applicable law. Leadin Solutions processes communications on behalf of the trade company as a technology sub-processor only. The Company is responsible for following up on your service request. Leadin Solutions does not perform, schedule, price, or guarantee any trade services.
3. How You Consented
You received an SMS because you called the Company's phone number and, during the IVR greeting, you pressed 9 to confirm your consent to receive automated service-related text messages by SMS. This consent was explicitly and voluntarily given by you. No SMS is ever sent without this affirmative confirmation. Your consent is timestamped and logged. The logged consent record — including timestamp, caller phone number, and digit pressed — constitutes documented consent for purposes of applicable federal and state telecommunications laws.
These messages are transactional and service-related in nature. They are not marketing messages and do not solicit the purchase of goods or services. Their sole purpose is to capture your service request so the Company can follow up with you.
4. Message Frequency and Content
You will typically receive 2–4 messages per service request. Messages will ask about your service issue, property address, and urgency. You will receive a reference number confirming your intake was received by the Company.
If the trade company schedules an appointment and you confirm it, you will receive a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and again 1 hour before. Reminders are sent only for appointments you have confirmed.
5. Hours of Operation
Automated SMS will only be sent between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, in compliance with TCPA (47 U.S.C. § 227). No messages will be sent outside these hours.
6. How to Stop Messages
Reply STOP at any time to permanently opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent to your number. Your opt-out is logged and permanent.
You may also opt out by emailing hello@leadin.solutions with your phone number and the word OPTOUT, or through any other reasonable means including phone call or written request. Email and other opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. STOP keyword replies are processed immediately.
Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Emergency Safety
IMPORTANT: This system is NOT an emergency response service. If you have a gas leak, active flooding, fire, electrical hazard, or any immediate risk to life or property — call 911 immediately. Do not use this text system to report emergencies.
8. Privacy and Data
Information you share during the intake conversation — including your name, address, and service request description — is delivered to the trade company you contacted and stored by Leadin Solutions as data processor. End-customer data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. Leadin Solutions does not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. A2P Compliance
These messages are sent via A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC registered messaging in compliance with carrier requirements and applicable telecommunications regulations. Leadin Solutions maintains an active A2P campaign registration with Twilio covering all 47 supported states.
10. Geographic Scope
This Service is available in 47 US states. It is not available in California, Texas, or Florida.
