Schedule D: Community Organization

D1. Service Description

As in Schedule B, adapted for a membership organization: the Platform answers questions about the organization's hours, location, events, membership process, and public programs from Customer Content, and delivers Inquiry Cards for membership inquiries, event registrations, sponsorship questions, and anything needing staff. Customer Content may include the organization's public website, refreshed daily under Master Agreement 21.5.

D2. Member Neutrality

2.1 The Platform will not recommend, rank, favor, or describe any individual member business, and will not replicate, search, or read from your member directory. Every request for a member, vendor, or business referral receives the same response: a link to your public member directory and an offer to have staff follow up. Website refreshes under Master Agreement 21.5 exclude member directory pages.

2.2 You will not supply Customer Content that identifies individual members for recommendation, and you will not ask Leadin Solutions to configure member lookups. This Section protects your obligation of neutrality toward dues-paying members and is a material term.

D3. Authority and Approval

You represent that the Order Form has been approved in accordance with your bylaws, including any board or executive committee approval required for the spend, and that the signer has authority to bind the organization.

D4. Member and Donor Data

The Platform collects only what an End-Customer volunteers. Leadin Solutions does not accept member rosters, donor lists, or dues records, and does not integrate with your membership database unless a separate written addendum says so. Retention follows Master Agreement 6.2.

D5. Events and Registration

The Platform relays event details from Customer Content and collects registration interest as Inquiry Cards. It does not register attendees, take payment, or confirm attendance. Any event detail it relays is Customer Content.

D6. Fees

The chamber plan in Schedule P applies unless the Order Form states otherwise. Nonprofit pricing, if offered, is stated on the Order Form and does not create any entitlement for other customers. An existing partner addendum (for example a no-charge partnership) continues to govern fees for the organization it names.
